SUFFOLK, Va. - November 6, 2013 (WAVY) – Suffolk police say a man was arrested after being caught in a vehicle with drugs and an underage prostitute. On Tuesday at about 6:15 p.m., an officer responded to the 1200 block of Kansas Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle and found two people engaging in a sexual act, according to Diana Klink with Suffolk Police. Vincent Nathanial Smith Narcotics were found in the vehicle, and the female in the vehicle was less than 16-years-old. Klink said the man in the vehicle, 41-year-old Vincent Nathaniel Smith, was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution from a minor less than age 16, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, indecent exposure, carnal knowledge of a minor and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
